LARGE CAN OF CHICKEN BROTH
1 PACKAGE 9OZ CHOPPED FROZEN
1 PACKAGE BROCCOLI THAWED
15 QUAHOGS OPENED & GROUND
WITH LIQUID
1 PINT OF HALF&HALF
1 STICK BUTTER
5-8 PIECES COOKED BACON CRUMBLED
¼ TO ½ CUP INSTANT MASHED POTATOES
SALT & PEPPER
1. PUT ONIONS AND POTATOES IN
LARGE SAUCEPAN ADD ENOUGH
CHICKEN STOCK TO COVER.
2. BRING TO LOW SIMMER AND
COOK 10 MINUTES.
3. ADD BROCCOLI AND SIMMER
ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.
4. ADD QUAHOGS AND DRY
INSTANT MASHED POTATOES
SIMMER ANOTHER FIVE
MINUTES. TURN OFF HEAT, ADD
HALF&HALF, BUTTER, SALT AND
PEPPER AND BACON.
